Shipping & Returns

We offer FREE SHIPPING for standard domestic orders of $100. Other standard domestic orders ship for $5.95. Under these offers, our shipping department will determine the Best Way to get your order to you quickly and soundly. All orders can take up to 2 business days for processing prior to shipment. Standard domestic orders can take 7-10 business days for delivery. Need it quicker? Additional shipping options will be presented during checkout. If you feel that the expedited shipping options presented at checkout still don’t meet your needs, give us a call at 1-800-523-4334 and we will try to assist you further. Our business hours are 7am to 5pm PT Monday through Friday.

International shoppers please provide your phone number at order, which is needed for customs documents. The shipping costs presented during checkout are for transportation charges only. Additional fees that you may be responsible for upon delivery include duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. For our friends in Canada, we will utilize a new Global Advantage Program when possible. This allows us to prepay for all duties and taxes for First Class Package International Service (FCPIS) packages to Canada for one low flat rate for front door delivery without delay and additional fees due upon delivery. Not all shipments are eligible for this program. It applies to First Class International packages into Canada weighing 4-lbs or less and we will utilize this program when eligible to do so.

Federal and service carrier regulations prohibit us from shipping certain orders via air services. Orders containing fragrances, nail polishes, or other flammable liquids may be affected and may be required to ship via ground services only. If we need to make shipment adjustments to your order, you will be notified.


For our friends in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, our preferred carrier for delivery to you is the U.S. Postal Service and we will process shipments through the Priority Mail service when applicable. If you select a different service carrier during checkout such as UPS or FedEx, please know that the only services these carriers offer to your delivery location are air services at a significantly higher cost over USPS.

During special promotions including Best Way, Flat Rate, or Free Shipping, we will select the best service carrier for your order, which may be the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or other. Please provide us with a valid postal address for your Ship-To Address.

Need to return something? We will gladly issue a refund for the full price of items returned, excluding shipping and handling, provided the merchandise is returned to us, postage-prepaid, within thirty (30) days from date of delivery accompanied by the original sales receipt or note with your name, address, phone number, and order number. We highly recommended returning products by way of a trackable service. All sets, gift boxes and product bundles are purchased as such, and individual products within cannot be exchanged for other products or refunded without the full return. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or credit for merchandise that was not purchased directly through Connie Stevens Forever Spring. In certain promotions due to exceptional value and an expressed offer like ALL SALES FINAL, for example, some orders will not eligible for return. These exceptions to our return policy are rare and will be clearly stated within the promotion.
